BMW Stolen From Darien Driveway Recovered In Waterbury DARIEN, Conn. -- Darien authorities used the GPS system in a stolen BMW to track it down after it was stolen from the owners' driveway on Wednesday, April 5.  The victims contacted police when their 2017 BMW X3 was discovered missing at around 10 p.m. on Tuesday, April 4. The car had been unlocked and the keys left in it, police said. Police used the vehicle's GPS system to find it in Waterbury at 7:45 a.m. on April 5. Local officials recovered the small SUV in good condition, police said.
