St. Patrick's Day DWI Detail Nets 15 Impaired Driving Arrests In Dutchess DUTCHESS COUNTY, N.Y. -- Several law enforcement departments teamed up to issue 15 impaired driving arrests during a St. Patrick's Day weekend crackdown.  The enforcement, which took place between March 17 and March 19 consisted of saturation patrols throughout the county.  The following suspects are facing charges as a result of the DWI enforcement: Tyler Pfister, 19, of Patterson.
