Charles L. Schweiss, 78, Of East Fishkill EAST FISHKILL, N.Y. -- Charles L. Schweiss of East Fishkill, died on Sunday, March 19. He was 78. Born in Sharon, Pa. on Sept. 6, 1938, he was the son of the late Lawrence and Ann (Chulik) Schweiss. Schweiss served in the U.S. Army Reserves. He had been employed by IBM as a financial planner until his retirement. He enjoyed traveling the world while living in France.
