Woman Fails To Appear On Criminal Contempt Charge In Yorktown YORKTOWN, N.Y. -- A Mohegan Lake woman was charged with failing to appear in court on charges of criminal contempt on Tuesday in Yorktown, according to officials.  Nancy Marllory Abrams contacted Yorktown officials regarding a missed court date on charges of violating an order of protection. Authorities told the suspect her court date for the criminal contempt charges was on Dec. 1, and that a warrant had been issued for her arrest, Yorktown Police said.  She was charged and processed at the station and released after posting $200 bail, police said.
