New York's Largest Running Club Trains In Palisades Park PALISADES PARK, N.J. -- The New York Flyers will hold a long training run in Palisades Park  on Sunday, Jan. 10. The run will begin in New York on the East Side of Fort Washington Avenue just north of West 179th Street outside the George Washington Bridge Bus Station.  The run will cross the bridge into Palisades Park and along the Hudson River.  A baggage check, fluid station and post-run brunch will be available.  The run is scheduled to begin at 9 a.m.

Ridgewood Kids Send Holiday Love To Girl Burned In Fire RIDGEWOOD, N.J. -- Students from Ridge School collected Christmas cards For Safyre Terry, the child who had her entire family killed and suffered severe burns in an arson's fire, recently. Terry's story gained national attention when she said she only wanted Christmas cards for the holiday. When administrators at Ridge School heard the story, they, along with their students got to work to help make Terry's wish come true.
