New York's Largest Running Club Trains In Palisades Park PALISADES PARK, N.J. -- The New York Flyers will hold a long training run in Palisades Park  on Sunday, Jan. 10. The run will begin in New York on the East Side of Fort Washington Avenue just north of West 179th Street outside the George Washington Bridge Bus Station.  The run will cross the bridge into Palisades Park and along the Hudson River.  A baggage check, fluid station and post-run brunch will be available.  The run is scheduled to begin at 9 a.m.

She was 89.Leparik was born in Brooklyn in 1926, raised in Throgs Neck in the Bronx, and lived in Oakland for the past 62 years. She graduated from Christopher Columbus High School in Throgs Neck and went to work, commuting into Manhattan for her first job in a typing pool for F.R. When administrators at Ridge School heard the story, they, along with their students got to work to help make Terry's wish come true.
