They will sell for around $4.99, the Consumerist reported.  The fast-food giant perviously tried a third-pound burger with its line of Angus burgers that were dropped from the menu in 2013, the Consumerist said. Man Charged In Theft Of Power Tools In Philipstown PHILIPSTOWN, N.Y. -- The Putnam County Sheriff's Department used DNA to track down a man who allegedly stole power tools from a vehicle in Philipstown in 2011, according to officials.  Nicholas A. Anderson, 22, of Beacon, allegedly broke a window on a truck to gain entry in order to steal power tools.
