Portrait of Chappaqua's Bill Clinton Has Hidden Monica Lewinsky Image CHAPPAQUA, N.Y. -- The artist who painted the official portrait of Chappaqua resident and former President Bill Clinton has admitted he included a veiled reference to Monica Lewinsky in the work, according to NBC News.  Artist Nelson Shanks said he painted the silhouette of the famed blue dress that became associated with Clinton's extramarital affair immediately to the right of the two-term president, NBC News said.  Shanks also says that the Clintons aren't very fond of the portrait, NBC News reported.  Click here to read the full article.

Wrong-Way Driver In Fatal Crash Remains In Coma YONKERS, N.Y. -- A Yonkers man is in the custody of state police despite still being in a coma following a fatal wrong-way car on the Sprain Brook Parkway on Friday, according to LoHud.com.  Efren Moreano, 20, was driving north in the southbound lanes when his vehicle collided with a Honda Pilot head on, killing the driver, NYPD Detective Paul Duncan of Hartsdale, LoHud.com reported.  Authorities did not specify the charges against Moreano, only that they are criminal, LoHud.com said.  Click here to read the full story.
