Learn Hands-Only CPR In Rockland ROCKLAND COUNTY, N.Y. --  Rockland County residents can learn to save a life during a free hands-only CPR class on Saturday in Spring Valley being offered by the Worldwide Community First Responders. Held as a service day in celebration of Martin Luther King Day, the class will run from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at 60 North Madison Ave.  Admission is free, but reservations are required. To reserve a spot, click here. Founded in 2011, Worldwide Community First Responder is a charitable organization with a mission “to prevent deaths worldwide through education and training."
