Wappingers Falls Woman Charged After Domestic Dispute, Police Say WAPPINGERS FALLS, N.Y. -- A local woman was charged with felony criminal mischief following a fight with her ex-boyfriend, according to the Town of Lloyd Police. Shannon Holt, 24, of Wappingers Falls, was arrested after she broke a window at the boyfriend's home during the fight, said Lt. James Janso. She was arraigned before the Town of Lloyd Court and released. She is scheduled to appear in court on Jan. 17.

Seth Riker, 53, was arrested after a radio call was put out when Riker failed to stop at the hit-and-run crash, police said.
