Man Threatens Victim With Knife During Yorktown Fight, Police Say YORKTOWN, N.Y. -- A Peekskill man was arrested for threatening another man with a knife during a fight on Saturday, Nov. 5 in Yorktown, according to the Yorktown Police. Yorktown police arrived on scene at 1:15 p.m. at 3253 Lexington Ave., to fine Jose Pagan, 41, in a fight with another man, police said. After breaking up the dispute, officers determined that Pagan had pulled a knife on the victim. He was arrested and charged with second-degree menacing.
