Yorktown Police Charge Man, 27, With Failure To Appear YORKTOWN HEIGHTS, N.Y. -- A Mount Kisco man was charged with failure to appear on Thursday in connection with a past arrest after failing to show up in court in July. Joshua T. Holmes, 27, was arrested on a bench warrant for failing to appear in court for an earlier arrest in which he was charged with possession of marijuana and driving without a license by Yorktown police.  Holmes appeared in court on Thursday and was remanded to the Westchester County Jail in lieu of $1,000 bail. He is scheduled to appear in court again on Sept. 29.
