Elderly Man Found Unresponsive In Darien Pool DARIEN, Conn. — An elderly man found floating underwater in a pool at a Darien home on Monday remains in critical condition at a local hospital, police said.Officers responded to the Meadowbrook Road home around 4:30 p.m. after receiving a call about an unresponsive elderly male at the bottom of a pool, according to police. Upon arrival, officers immediately entered the pool and removed the man from 6 feet of water.
