House Fire Kills Man, Dog In Ulster ULSTER COUNTY, N.Y. -- A man and his dog died Monday after being pulled from a house fire in the hamlet of Connelly, according to TWC News.Ulster County firefighters, along with help from other departments, pulled the unidentified elderly man from the house around 2:30 a.m., several minutes after they arrived on scene. Andrew Cuomo signed a new law allowing 14- and 15-year-old hunters to wear fluorescent pink, according to the Poughkeepsie Journal. Under the former law, young hunters and adults were required to wear fluorescent orange clothing while hunting.
