The problem? As temperatures continue in the 50s and 60s, trees and grass believe its spring and are blooming, leading to the high grass and tree pollen count. Specialist say the best way to avoid allergy problems is to remain indoors and to run an air-conditioner. Dougherty, 61, of Poughkeepsie, for public lewdness and trespass in connection with a recent incident that occurred in Pleasant Valley.
