Sandy Hook Suit Against Gun Manufacturer Upheld By Superior Court Judge NEWTOWN, Conn. -- A lawsuit filed by the families of the Sandy Hook victims will move forward following a decision by Superior Court Judge Barbara Bellis, according to the Connecticut Post.
