Discolored Tap Water Discovered At Westport's Staples High School WESTPORT, Conn. -- Students and staff received bottled water at no charge Friday at Staples High School after the flushing of hot-water lines a day earlier caused discolored water to flow from the taps, according to the Westport News. The head custodian noticed the discolored water coming from a sink’s faucets on Thursday, March 10, interim Principal Mark Karagus told the Westport News.
