Bridgeport Grand List Drops 15% To $6 Billion After Revaluation BRIDGEPORT, Conn. -- The Grand List in Bridgeport dropped $1 billion, a 15 percent decline over the previous year, after the completion of the revaluation, according to a statement Wednesday from Bridgeport Finance Director Ken Flatto. Overall, the total assessed taxable Grand List in Bridgeport now stands at $6,041,621,208, Flatto said.
