Virginia Health Aide Repeatedly Sexually Assaults Patient's 64-Year-Old Family Member: Cops A 31-year-old health aide has been charged with sexually assaulting his patient's 64-year-old family member repeatedly, authorities in Virginia said. Emmanuel Adaaquah is being held without bond on charges of aggravated sexual battery, 1 count of abduction, and 1 count of sexual battery, Prince William County police said. The assaults happened between Sept. 12 and 17, police said. These 10 Virginia Schools Won Prestigious National Blue Ribbon Awards Ten Virginia schools won the prestigious National Blue Ribbon School Award. The U.S. Department of Education on Tuesday, Sept. 19 recognized 353 schools across the country as National Blue Ribbon Schools for 2023. Driver Pulled From Fiery Truck After Being Hit By Speeding Teen In Loudoun County: Cops Police in Loudoun County are seeking witnesses of a crash they believe was caused by a speeding, 18-year-old uninsured driver. It happened around 6:50 p.m. on Route 28 south near Sterling Boulevard in Sterling, when Jose A. Padilla Espinosa struck a semi-truck in a Nissan Altima, the sheriff's office said. Search Launched For Missing Alexandria Man A large-scale search is under way for an Alexandria man missing since the weekend. Jaime Serrano was last seen on the 5700 block of Harwich Court on Sunday, Sept. 17, around 4:30 a.m. driving his light blue Toyota RAV4. HE was last seen wearing blue jeans, a black jacket, a black hat, and ski mask. He is believed to be endangered due to health concerns.
