Emmanuel Adaaquah is being held without bond on charges of aggravated sexual battery, 1 count of abduction, and 1 count of sexual battery, Prince William County police said. The assaults happened between Sept. 12 and 17, police said. Jaime Serrano was last seen on the 5700 block of Harwich Court on Sunday, Sept. 17, around 4:30 a.m. driving his light blue Toyota RAV4.
