Shrub Oak Resident Charged With Violating Order Of Protection YORKTOWN, N.Y. -- Yorktown Police charged a Shrub Oak resident with violating an order of protection on Friday, officials said.  John R. Stevenson, 35, reportedly got into an altercation with his girlfriend. Stevenson had fled the scene by the time police arrived. He was allegedly in violation of an order of protection issued by Yonkers City Court, police said.  Authorities found Stevenson walking in the area of East Main Street. He was processed and released on $200 bail, police said.  Stevenson is scheduled to appear in Yorktown Court on Thursday, police said.
