Eastchester Stores Haven't Had Heat For Over A Week EASTCHESTER, N.Y. -- Several stores on  Mill Road have been without heat for more than a week, according to News 12 Westchester.  Store owners say a gas leak on Feb. 14 was the cause of the problem. Joseph Oleksy, 96, Wilton Resident WILTON, Conn. -- Joseph Frank Oleksy of Wilton, husband of the late Elizabeth Hruncak Oleksy, died Monday, Feb. 23, at Wilton Meadows Rehabilitation Center. Norwalk Police Host Child Car-Seat Clinic NORWALK, Conn. -- The Norwalk Department of Police Services along with Fairfield County Safe Kids and the Norwalk Fire Department will be hosting a free Car Seat Clinic on Friday, Feb. 27, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Norwalk Fire Station No. 4. Certified car seat technicians will be checking car seats to ensure they are properly installed, they are the correct size for the child and have not been recalled.  According to Connecticut Safe Kids, four out of five car seats are installed incorrectly. Metro-North Conductors Will Soon Have Credit Card Devices FAIRFIELD COUNTY, Conn. -- Metro-North riders on the New Haven Line will soon be able to purchase on-board tickets with credit and debit cards by mid-April.  The expansion of the new Ticket Issuing Machines (TIMs) is being implemented after a successful pilot program on the Danbury and Wassiac branches.  The credit card option will be available on all three major lines -- New Haven, Harlem and Hudson -- but the higher on-board fare will still apply.

They then inform the victims that enforcement action will be taken against them unless they pay a fine.
