Proposed Shopping Center In Cortlandt Elicits Debate CORTLANDT, N.Y. -- The proposed Cortlandt Crossing shopping center continues to generate mixed reactions among the community, according to the Northern Westchester Examiner.  The strongest criticism came from residents who live closest to the proposed project.
