Andrew Cuomo's Former Queens Home Up For Sale For $2.68M PUTNAM COUNTY, N.Y. -- The former Queens home Gov. Andrew Cuomo now has an asking price $2.68 million, according to Curbed.  The Douglas Manor estate features six bedrooms and a slate patio, but the estate doesn't seem to be catching the eye of buyers. The price has been dropped twice since going on the market at $3.05 million by the current owners, Curbed said.  Cuomo sold the estate when he left New York City to join the Clinton administration in 1993, Curbed reported. Garth Road Store Owners Still Without Heat, Gas, Hot Water SCARSDALE, N.Y. -- Several business owners on Garth Road in Scarsdale have been without heat, gas and hot water for over a week, according to News 12 Westchester.  The landlord reportedly told owners that a main gas line leak is the culprit for the disruption in service and that ConEd needs to fix the problem. She was 96. Betty received the Westport YMCA's Volunteer of the Year Award. Her dedication to the YMCA spanned more than 50 years, teaching the importance of swimming to young children and working with PALS at the preschool, wiping up tears and creating a smile. Katonah Man, 22, Charged With Forging Checks KATONAH, N.Y. -- New York State Police from the Somers barracks charged a Katonah man with forging checks on Tuesday, according to officials.  State Police were contacted in September by the victim who claimed several checks were cashed against her bank account without her permission, police said.  Investigation revealed that Colin J.
