Hyde Park Man Violates Protection Order By Sending Texts, Police Say DUTCHESS COUNTY, N.Y. --  A Dutchess man who kept repeatedly sending text messages in violation of a court order landed in the Dutchess County Jail on Tuesday, according to the New York State Police. Joseph R. Pasqualina, 21, of Hyde Park was arrested after troopers received a complaint from a Rhinebeck residents who reported the violation, police said. An investigation by troopers found that Pasqualina repeatedly sent text messages to the person who had been granted a protection order against the Hyde Park resident, police said.
