Southeast Man Faces Cocaine Possession Charge SOUTHEAST, N.Y. -- Putnam County deputies arresting a Southeast man were able to add drug charges when they found he was carrying cocaine, according to Putnam County Sheriff Donald B. Smith. Joseph Rizzieri, 38, was being arrested on an unrelated matter on Dec. 20, when Deputy Kevin Radovich discovered the cocaine, deputies said. Rizzieri was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance. He is scheduled to appear in court at a later date.  If found guilty of the misdemeanor charge, the defendant could face up to a year in jail and a fine of up to $1,000.00.
