TARRYTOWN, N.Y. -- A Tarrytown resident was charged on Tuesday with dealing narcotics that resulted in the death of a White Plains man in Nov. 2015, according to Preet Bharara, U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York.
Anthony Delosangles, aka "Taco," 20, was indicted in federal court in White Plains in the death of Thomas Cippollaro, 25, following an investigation by the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the Drug Enforcement Agency, the Yorktown Police Department, and the Westchester County District Attorney’s Office.

HARRISON, N.Y. -- The sudden suspension of Harrison's former Police Chief Anthony Marraccini three weeks ago was tied to him being paid for some 1,000 hours of time off he wasn’t supposed to receive, according to a report by lohud.com.
Marraccini who retired Thursday, denies any wrongdoing, but a town probe centers on discrepancies between the city's official time sheets and the detailed records of time off kept by Marraccini, said lohud.com.

Seven Arrested In Latest Algonquin Protest In Cortlandt
CORTLANDT, N.Y. -- A total of seven protesters have been arrested by the State Police at the Spectra Algonquin Pipeline worksite.
State Police arrested three protesters who had unlawfully entered the perimeter of the construction site after they climbed the security fence Monday morning, said Trooper Melissa McMorris.
Judith K. Canepa, 73, of New York City; Kim A. Fraczek, 41, of Brooklyn, and Judith Allen, 71, of Putnam Valley, were charged with criminal trespass. All are scheduled to appear in the Town of Cortlandt Court on Oct. 16, McMorris said.

Danbury Bicyclist Struck, Pinned By SUV Dies Of Injuries
DANBURY, Conn. -- A local bicyclist who was struck and pinned Tuesday morning by an SUV in Danbury died of his injuries, according to the police.The accident happened at about 8 a.m. in the area of North Street and Madison Avenue, said police Detective Lt. Christian Carroccio. Kim Siladi, 63, of Danbury, turned in front of the bicyclist while making a right turn, he said.
According to Carroccio, Siladi was driving a 2005 Nissan Xterra
