Ramapo Police Search For Woman Wanted On Multiple Charges RAMAPO, N.Y. -- The Ramapo Police Department is asking for the public's help in locating Shenettra Franklin, who is wanted on multiple charges, Ramapo police said.Franklin, 32, is wanted for an incident that occurred in Chestnut Ridge in 2014 in which she was charged with criminal trespass and criminal mischief, police said. Dover Man Charged With Growing 14 Marijuana Plants DOVER, N.Y. -- A Dover man was charged with unlawful growing of cannabis after state police unintentionally stumbled upon his marijuana garden, according to New York State Police. George Anderson, 55, of Dover, was charged after state troopers, conducting an investigation into an unrelated matter, found his marijuana plants when in a neighbor's yard. Troopers seized 14 fully grown plants, state police said. In addition to the above charge, Anderson was charged with possession of marijuana. He was released on an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in court on Sept.  29.
