Rhinebeck Teen Pleads Guilty In Hit & Run Crash Death
RHINEBECK, N.Y. -- A Rhinebeck teen charged with criminally negligent homicide, pleaded guilty to the death of Dylan Feller on Thursday in Dutchess County Court, according to the Poughkeepsie Journal.
Brandon A. Riccobono, 18, was charged in the 2015 hit-and-run death of Feller, 20, of Clinton Corners. He was sentenced to two years in the Dutchess County Jail, said the Poughkeepsie Journal.
But the guilty plea and sentencing did little to comfort Feller's parents, Jill Whearty Feller and Dennis Feller Jr., who said it did not bring closure to the family, added the Poughkeepsie Journal.

Clarkstown Police Allegedly Surveilled Ramapo Community Group, Report Says
CLARKSTOWN, N.Y. -- An investigation by NBC 4 New York has revealed that despite denials by Clarkstown police officials and the Rockland County District Attorney's Office, members of the Strategic Intelligence Unit, did gather intelligence information about members of the local community group, We The People, according to News4.com.
The report, obtained by the news station, contained information on 13 members of the group which is known for sponsoring local community events, has group members up in arms over the invasion of their privacy, said News4.com.
