This includes using irrigation systems, sprinklers, and soaker hoses. 911 Call, Traffic Stop Leads To DWI, Drug Charge For East Fishkill Woman EAST FISHKILL, N.Y. -- An East Fishkill woman was charged with driving under the influence and other drug charges on Monday after New York State Police received 911 calls of an erratic driver on Old Hopewell Road. Lisa A. Cortina, 40, was stopped by troopers after receiving the 911 complaints around 8:30 p.m. in the area of Old Hopewell Road and Presidential Way, state police said. Jonathan Daniels, 25, of Peekskill, was riding with three other motorcyclists when Jonathan Welsh, 19, of Somers, backed out of a driveway on Route 118 (Tomahawk Street), striking two of the motorcycle riders, said New York State Trooper Melissa McMorris.
