Buster, Hi Tor's Pet Of The Week, Seeks New Rockland Home POMONA, N.Y. -- The Hi Tor Animal Shelter in Pomona is looking for a home for Buster, a 6-month-old male hound/terrier mix who was surrendered to the shelter due to personal issues of his owner who could no longer take care of him.  According to shelter officials, Buster is still in puppy mode and will need someone who has the time to continue with his ongoing training. Currently, he doesn't do well with other dogs and will need to work on his socialization skills more.
