Rockland Sheriff's Office Seeks Man Wanted On Family Court Warrant NEW CITY, N.Y. -- The Rockland County Sheriff’s Office is attempting to locate Ezekiel Rahman on an active Family Court warrant.  Rahman, 43, who is described as being 6 feet tall and weighing 190 pounds, with brown hair and eyes, is known to frequent the New York City area and is a self-proclaimed sovereign citizen.  Anyone who sees Rahman or knows where he is should not attempt to apprehend him. Fairfield Man Charged With Punching Woman On Westport Street WESTPORT, Conn. -- A Fairfield man was charged with third-degree assault after he was accused of punching a woman in the face on Clapboard Hill Road in Westport, police said.According to Westport police, two witnesses saw Thomas Moffett, 45, punch the unidentified woman in the face and knock her to the ground at 11:30 a.m. Thursday, May 26. The woman suffered minor injuries, police said.  Moffett was able to post $5,000 bond and was due in court on May 27, police said.

Terell Anderson, 21, who is accused of stealing a vehicle from Midland Avenue in Nyack in March, was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny and petit larceny, police said.
