Repairs, Repaving Close Route 202 In Suffern The Next 3 Nights SUFFERN, N.Y. -- Commuters and Suffern residents will want to make alternate plans as the state Department of Transportation begins repairs on Route 202 in the village for the next three nights, beginning Tuesday. Crews will be repairing and repaving the road, according to Suffern police. Residents are asked not to park or leave cars in this area.

According to shelter officials, Kelsie, has great green eyes and is a beautiful color. He is a friendly and happy cat once he gets over his initial shyness. Commission Makes Recommendations For Ridgefield's Schlumberger Area RIDGEFIELD, Conn. -- The Schlumberger Citizens Commission has recommended that 30 acres of land purchased by Ridgefield be turned into a cultural center, according to WLAD-AM. Among the suggestions for the area include leasing the Schlumberger theater, create an outdoor amphitheater and study the possibly of turning the old Skydome Building into a warehouse for arts or antiques, said WLAD-AM.  A special meeting has been set for June 15 between the Board of Selectmen and Commission to review and discuss the suggestions, added WLAD-AM. Foxes Won't Be Trapped At Veterans Park School In Ridgefield RIDGEFIELD, Conn. -- Foxes living under a portable classroom at Veterans Park School in Ridgefield have received a reprieve from the state Department of Energy and Environmental Protection after a parent complained they were being trapped illegally, according to the Ridgefield Press. The school district had hired a company to trap the foxes and move them to another area. The parent feared the foxes were being killed, the Ridgefield Press reported.
