The flushing will take place from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. May 16 and 17. If residents do have discoloration, they should run their water until it is clear before using. Video Sparks Child Sex Abuse Allegations In Hudson Valley Jewish School A video leaked from inside one of the area's largest yeshivas, United Talmudical Academy, in Kiryas Joel in Monroe has sparked new allegations of child sex abuse, according to multiple reports. The video seems to show a young Hasidic boy being sexually abused by a man for 15 minutes as he cries, said News 12.  Hasidic education activist Naftuli Moster told News 12 the video was leaked by a staff member and that authorities didn't press charges against the school official seen in the video last year.
