PSE&G Gas Replacement Program Closes Ridgewood Roads
RIDGEWOOD, N.J. -- Ridgewood residents should take note that work will begin next week for PSE&G's Energy Strong gas main replacement project and run for the next four months.Work will begin on Glen Avenue on May 2 and continue on the following streets: West Glen Avenue, East Glen Avenue, Lawrence Court, Heights Road, Alpine Terrace, Colwell Court, Douglas Place, Park Slope, Ridge Road, Sterling Place and Glenwood Road.

Vote To Keep Beacon In Running For 'Best Town Of 2016'
BEACON, N.Y. -- Beacon residents still have time to make their town come out on top and be named "Outside" magazine's sixth annual "Best Town of 2016," by voting Friday, the last day of the first round of competition between 64 towns from across the nation.
To come up with the 64 towns, "Outside" said it looked for places with access to trails and public lands, good restaurants and neighborhoods, and, of course, a good beer scene. Previous winners from the last three years were excluded to make room for hidden gems, underdogs, and towns on the rise. The magazine…
