Westport Woman Charged With DUI After Car Crash WESTPORT, Conn. — A Westport woman has been charged with operating a vehicle under the influence of drugs or alcohol after slamming her vehicle into a parked car on Sept. 25, police said. Officers received a search warrant to check her toxicology results after the accident, police said.  According to police, Jennifer Edvardsen, 31, was arrested at her home on an outstanding warrant, police said. The toxicology reports said that Edvardsen was under the influence of amphetamines and benzodiazepines at the time of the accident, police said. She has a court date in Norwalk on May 5.
