Police are hoping the public can help them locate the owner of a gravestone company who opened a New Jersey business after Pennsylvania officials shut him down for bilking customers.
Gregory John Stefan Jr., 53, took money for a headstone and then failed to deliver for his customer, police in Vineland said. Stefan and his father, Gregory John Stefan, Sr., who was involved in previous businesses with his son, have residences in Conshohocken, Upper Darby, and Havertown, PA, records show.

Man Killed By Roommate In Virginia, Suspect Captured In Washington DC: Police
A 43-year-old man was fatally shot in a vehicle during an argument with his roommate in Virginia, and the suspect was captured in Washington DC, authorities said.
Brandon Harry Edwards, 34, of Dumfries, surrendered to the DC Metro police after the 1:40 a.m. shooting Saturday, Sept. 2, on the 17200 block of Richmind Highway in Dumfries, Prince William County police said.
Derrick Lanell Jordan, of Dumfries, was shot in the driver's seat of a vehicle multiple times by Edwards, his roommate, during an argument, PWC police said.

Sometime around a plane crashed in Ocean County, a wildfire broke out.
As of Sunday afternoon, Sept. 3, it remained unclear if the two were connected.
The FAA said a single-engine Cirrus SR22 crashed in a wooded area in Toms River, New Jersey, around 2:30 a.m. Only the pilot was on board.
According to 6abc, the plane had departed Pottstown, PA, and was heading to Toms River when it crashed in a wooded area of Lacey Township, near the Ocean County Airport.
