Man Exposing Himself, Making 'Obscene Gestures' Busted By Woodbridge Store Employee: PD A Woodbridge man was arrested after authorities said he exposed himself while making obscene gestures in a store. An employee at Gabe's on Richmond Highway saw the man, later identified as Christopher Brown, 32, exposing himself and making obscene gestures around 6:10 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 22, Prince William County police said. Police found Brown a short distance away and detained him. No physical contact occurred between the victim and the accused. He was being held on $3,000 unsecured bond. Fairfax Mom Of 3 Dies In ATV Accident Support is surging for the family of a Fairfax County mom, who died suddenly on Sunday, Aug. 13. More than $11,500 had been raised for 37-year-old Melanie Cunningham's three sons on a GoFundMe as of Wednesday, Aug. 23. According to the campaign, Melanie fought hard after an ATV accident on Aug. 6. She succumbed to her injuries after nearly a week. Police are seeking the identity of a man who they say robbed a victim at knifepoint in Fairfax County, all with three live parrots perched on his shoulders and head. Murder Of Arlington's Scott Ratigan Piques Interests On Reddit Redditors are hoping to crack a 2020 Arlington murder mystery. Scott Ratigan, 24, was killed in his Ballston apartment on Jan. 17, 2020. Police later released footage of a possible suspect, but the case remains open. A request for information on the case was posted to Reddit on Tuesday, Aug. 22.
