David Crosby, 63, Norwalk Resident NORWALK, Conn. --  David L. Crosby of Norwalk, died suddenly at the Norwalk Hospital on Monday, March 9. He was 63. Crosby was the loving husband of Kathy Bianco Crosby. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, March 13 at 10 a.m. at St. Jerome Church, with burial to follow at St. John Cemetery. David’s family will receive friends at the Magner Funeral Home on Thursday from 4 p.m. to  8 p.m.

Pelham Manor Police Chief Withdraws Retirement Application PELHAM MANOR, N.Y. -- The former Pelham Manor Police chief who stepped down after sending racist emails recently withdrew his state application for retirement, according to LoHud.com.  Alfred Mosiello left the force on Feb. 13, taking two weeks vacation and filed his paperwork on March 5, meaning he was still on the village payroll through March 4, LoHud.com said.  It is not yet clear what impact Mosiello's actions have on his employment status, LoHud.com reported. Daly. Raul Caban-Martes, 22, and others sold five firearms, ammunition and a bulletproof vest to a convicted felon.
