Kent Man, 27, In Car On Side Of Road Under Influence Of Drugs, Police Say KENT, N.Y. -- Friday the 13th turned into a bad night for a Kent man who was charged with driving high on drugs after police found him parked alongside Farmer's Mills Road, according to the Kent Police Department. Officer Jason Knapped charged Michael Urbanak, 27, with felony DWAI/Drugs after finding him sitting in the car around 10:15 p.m., on Friday, Jan. 13, police said. A check of Urbanak's driver's license found that he had a previous DWAI/Drug conviction from 2013. He was released on his own recognizance and is scheduled to appear in court on Thursday.

Kent Man Grabs Woman By Face During Argument, Police Say A Kent man who grabbed a woman by the face and body during an argument on Tuesday, Jan. 17, was charged with felony assault and harassment, according to Kent Police. Philip Campagna, 25, was charged after Officer Angel Rivera found that he had grabbed a 25-year-old Mount Kisco woman by the face and body causing bruising and injuries during a fight, police said. Campagna was released on his own recognizance and is scheduled to appear in court on Feb. 28.
