Somers Convicted Killer Terry Losicco Released From Prison Again A Stony Point man who spent years in prison for beating to death an elderly Somers woman in 1980, has been released from prison on parole for the second time, according to the New York State Department of Corrections and Community Supervision. Terry Losicco, 53, who served 36 years in prison for the bludgeoning death of 67-year-old Eleanor Prouty, was first released in March after eight appearances before the parole board. New rules by the Town of New Castle Town Board for a compact only parking area, have changed the limit of the wheelbase for "compact cars" from 101-inches to 107, providing for more cars to qualify as compact. Four Dutchess Residents Charged In Drug Bust Following Investigations DUTCHESS COUNTY, N.Y. --  Four local residents have been charged with a variety of drug charges following three investigations by the Dutchess County Drug Task Force. On Wednesday, Nov. 30, the task force conducted an investigation into "suspicious activity" taking place at 605 Violet Ave in the Town of Hyde Park, according to Sgt.
