Smith. John E. Caputo, 47, of Wingdale in Dutchess County, is facing a first degree robbery charge, for holding up the Subway sandwich shop in the Patterson Commons Shopping Center at 3101 Route 22 at the intersection of Route 311 at about 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
