East Fishkill Fifth-Graders Graduate From Too-Good For Drugs Program EAST FISHKILL, N.Y. -- East Fishkill Police Chief Kevin Keefe and Dutchess County Legislator Marge Horton recently attended the graduation ceremony for all the fifth- grade students at Fishkill Plains from the Too-Good For Drugs Program.The program, aimed at educating students about the dangers of drugs, is taught by East Fishkill Police Officer Tammy Montagna. This year, all fifth-grade elementary students in East Fishkill schools have completed the program.  The program was made possible through a Dutchess County grant organized by Horton.

Yorktown Teen Charged With Operating Uninsured ATV At Park YORKTOWN, N.Y. -- A Yorktown teen was arrested June 5 after he was caught operating an uninsured, unregistered ATV at Junior Lake Park, police said.According to Yorktown police, the department received complaints of the teen operating the ATV at the park. When officers arrived, they said they observed the teen driving the black ATV in the park and onto Friends Road.
