Greenwich Library Releases Results Of Community Survey GREENWICH, Conn. -- Greenwich residents love their local library and use it all the time. That's according to a recent survey conducted by the library in which 2,200 residents shared their views and ideas about services and priorities. The 2015 Survey revealed several key takeaways:  Collections are of primary importance with 83 percent of respondents using the library to check out books or other materials. Two Warwick Men Charged With Raping Teenager WARWICK, N.Y. -- Two Warwick men have been arrested on charges of raping a 17-year-old girl during a party in the Wickham Village development in May, according to TWC News. The men, Bryan Cameron, 27, and Devon Ramsey, 20, were charged with rape and criminal sexual act following an investigation into the reported rape, said TWC News.
