East Fishkill Library Holds Acupuncture Talk For Pain EAST FISHKILL, N.Y. -- The East Fishkill Community Library will hold a free educational program on back pain and acupuncture on Monday.The free program, which begins at 11:30 a.m., will be presented by Detlef Wolf, a licensed acupuncturist, Chinese herbalist and local health practitioner, who will discuss how acupuncture can help sufferer's cope, relieve the pain, and improve their mobility.  This program is limited to 15 participants, and registration is suggested.
