VA Hudson Valley Offers Caregiver Telephone Education Groups MONTROSE, N.Y. -- The Department of Veterans Affairs Hudson Valley Health Care System in Montrose will conduct two telephone education groups titled “Finding Your Voice: Self Advocacy in Medical Settings,” during the month of June. Stamford Firefighters Rescue Ill Worker From Roof Of Health Center STAMFORD, Conn. -- A man working on top of the Tully Health Center Building on Strawberry Hill Avenue had to be rescued by firefighters on Wednesday after suffering some type of medical problem, according to the Stamford Advocate. Stamford fire officials told the Stamford Advocate that the man was working on the center's roof when he became ill. Ex-Stratford Teacher Accused Of 'Roughhousing' With Teens STRATFORD, Conn. -- A former Stratford High School math teacher and Stamford resident charged earlier this week with trying to bribe a teen to erase a video of him allegedly giving him a wedgie, has also been accused of tying up a 19-year-old man and "roughhousing" with the teen's younger brother and a friend at their home, according to the Connecticut Post.
