The bank is one of the three lowest performing banks in Trumbull. Road Work To Cause Delays, Detours On Three Clarkstown Roads CLARKSTOWN, N.Y. -- Commuters should be prepared to take alternate routes on Friday, May 13, between 7 a.m. and 4 p.m. as the Clarkstown Highway Department begins milling three roads in preparation for paving, according to the Clarkstown Police Department.  The roads include: Zukor Road from South Mountain Road to Paramount Country Club's North Parking lot, Blue Jay Court, and a small section of roadway between 402 and 430 South Mountain Road.
