Woman Charged With Shoplifting At Trumbull Target
TRUMBULL, Conn. -- Trumbull police recently arrested a West Haven woman for larceny after they said she walked out of the Target store at the Westfield Trumbull Mall with more than $1,000 worth of merchandise, according to the Trumbull Times.
Police said Elaini Simmons, 43, was observed by security putting a car seat, bedding supplies and electronics in her cart before entering a fitting room, where she covered much of the merchandise before walking out of the store without paying, said the Trumbull Times.

Coalition Files Suit Against Algonquin Pipeline
CORTLANDT, N.Y. -- In a continuing effort to stop the Algonquin pipeline expansion, 10 groups from four states, including local organizations, filed a petition on on Tuesday with the District of Columbia Court of Appeals asking the court to review the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission’s (FERC) approval of Spectra Energy’s Algonquin Incremental Market (AIM) gas pipeline expansion project.
