Storm System Heads Toward Region: Another Rainy Weekend Ahead Seems as though we can't go a single weekend without rain in the Northeast this fall. Another developing storm system is expected to arrive this Saturday, Oct. 14, according to the National Weather Service. Police Release Conversations Between Philly Man, Detectives Posing As Teen Girl In MontCo Authorities in Montgomery County have released conversations between a 29-year-old Philadelphia man and undercover detectives, who he thought was actually a 14-year-old girl. The Office of the Virginia Attorney General has filed a notice with the State Corporation Commission (SCC) in the Toll Road Investors Partnership II, LLP’s (TRIP II) application for toll increases on the Dulles Greenway.
