Spotsy Motorcyclist, 41, Killed In Head-On Crash A 41-year-old Spotsylvania motorcyclist was killed in a crash Wednesday, Aug. 30, authorities said. Kendall Wade Neas was operating a 2016 Suzuki motorcycle on the 4200 block of Massaponax Church Road when he crossed the double yellow line coming out of a curve at a high rate of speed around 6:30 p.m., Major Troy Skebo of the Spotsylvania County Sheriff's Office said. Neas struck a 2019 Subaru head-on, and was pronounced dead at the scene. The Subaru's 27-year-old driver was treated at the scene and released. Pedestrian, 41, Dies After Running In Front Of Teen Driver In Northern Virginia: Police A 41-year-old woman died after running in front of a vehicle driven by a 19-year-old woman in Rockingham County, police said. The Volkswagen couldn't avoid striking Tyler, who was wearing non-reflective dark clothing and was not in a crosswalk. The Volkswagen immediately stopped at the scene.
