Driver Charged In Fatal VA Crash That Threw Moped Rider On SUV Windshield Before He Rolled Off
A 41-year-old Maryland woman has been charged in a crash that killed a moped operator two weekends ago in Virginia, authorities said.
Tiffany Lowan Randolph, of Upper Marlboro, has been charged with reckless driving in the Sunday, Aug. 20 crash in Woodbridge, Prince William County police said.
Raondolph struck a moped from behind on Neabsco Mills Road near Smoke Court around 1:45 a.m., while in a 2013 Chevrolet Malibu, county police said.

A 28-year-old Virginia man was arrested for sexually assaulting a woman at a Nickelback concert, police said.
Ryan Minnick, of Luray, has been charged with sexual battery after he grabbed the 22-year-old victim at the Jiffy Lube Live in Bristow, on Saturday night, Aug. 26, Prince William County police said.
The alleged incident occurred during a Nickelback concert, records show. The band has been touring with Brantley Gilbert and Josh Ross.

Two Sex Assault Suspects Arrested In PWC: Police
Two men have been arrested in a pair of unrelated sexual assaults in Prince William County.
Hugo Aquiles Lopez Fuentes, of Manassas, is believed to have sexually assaulted a person under 18 years old who he'd been caring for, and Ryan Mininck, of Luray, grabbed a 22-year-old woman at a concert venue, county police said.
Lopez Fuentes, 49, was arrested on Tuesday, Aug. 29, and charged with two counts of indecent liberties by a custodian, one count of aggravated sexual battery, and one count of sexual battery, police said.
